How To LED Drivers on LED LCD TV Work

Old LCD lamp Still using the CCFL Backlight Inverter modules use to turn it on, then LED LCD use module called LED DRIVERS to power a number of "files of LED Diode"
LED Driver has 2 main sections, namely,

• Dc-DC Converter (Buck-Boost Inverter)

• FET Led Driver

Just as the CCFL Inverter, then Led drivers modules have connectors that control consists of:

Suply Vcc
BL-on
PDIM
Protectionism-out
GND


We give examples of Led Driver LG 32LE450

• Module voltage 24v dc supply it gets from the Power supply

• 24v voltage is then raised using the "Buck-Boost Inverter" into higher dc voltage (for each model of the magnitude of the voltage is not the same) to power a number of diode led (this model has 4 pieces dc-dc converter).

• A number of Diode Led to series so into several "files led diode" (this model has 4 pieces of files currently diode led).

• Each of the files currently attached directly to the led diode voltage (+) dc supply.

• For the direction of the ground every files a diode led be passed first a FET driver, which serves to set the "lighting led diode" (so a total of 4 pieces of FET drivers)

Work settings are controlled by an IC Led Driver Controllers that function as:

• Pulse-pulse generator of the Buck-Boost Converter (dc-dc converter)

• Control over voltage protectors (dc-dc voltage converter over)

• Control output short protectors (voltage dc-dc converter output short)

• Control output protectors open (led diode files disconnect or not to flame)

The following is a working example of an Led driver Controller IC.

• Vin got a voltage input of the power supply

• L1, D1, Q1, C0 is a circuit of dc-dc converter

• Q2 is used to control the magnitude of the current (light-dark) files led diode.

• PIN-OVP overvoltage sensor is shorted and outputs that will result in driver HV9911 does not work if the output overvoltage or short.
